The first service THE offers is to start a coaching program together with the customer to identify the goals and needs based on the business, family, relationships, health and wellbeing. 

The principle of this service is to understand the comfort, stretch and panic zone of the customer and to guide and develop the human in the entrepreneur. 

Personal development is a form of coaching that focuses entirely on the self. This style of coaching aims to evaluate and assess the customers current strengths and weaknesses in order to improve a certain aspect of life.

Nutrition

WHY

We claim that nutrition has a significant impact on mood, energy, sex, productivity and ultimately Health and Wellbeing. 

Knowing what to eat and when to eat as a busy entrepreneur allows you to create an overall healthy lifestyle, and perform at the highest possible level. 

HOW

Therefore, to ensure that the set goals agreed in the coaching sessions are met, a nutrition plan will be developed to boost the energy levels and create awareness of the influence of nutrition on productivity.  

THE will help to explore and design a nutrition  strategy with you, based on your needs and budget. This moves you from where you are now in your life, to where you want to be in the future.

Yoga & Massage

WHY

Yoga and massage are designed to help the mind body relax to enlarge the capacity. Research shows that more and more people are stressed and suffer from stress related disorders such as burn outs, headaches, anxieties etc. Regular massage helps to relax the body, mind and soul. 

HOW

Regular yoga classes and massage treatments will help to keep the body flexible and the blood pumping. 

These short sessions are designed quick and efficient way that it doesn’t take much of your day, but gives a lot more (i.e. new energy, creative thinking and a peace of mind).

Personal Training

WHY

Everyone knows that exercise is important. However, life kicks in and it becomes more difficult to maintain. 

Some of us walk into a gym and get frustrated or intimidated by all the weights and unfamiliar equipment. 

HOW

Wouldn’t it be so much more efficient to be quickly in and out the gym so that you go back and focus on your work, friends and family. 

Our Personal Trainers are specialised in short and quick training sessions to keep you fit and energised and shaping you into that summer body.
